Publisher Critical Reflex announced during Thursday's ID@Xbox and IGN Showcase that three of its PC indie titles—Arctic Eggs, Mouthwashing, and No, I'm Not a Human—are making their way to Xbox platforms. The rollout begins immediately with a surreal Antarctic cooking experiment before pivoting into sci-fi space dread just in time for Halloween.

Critical Reflex head of marketing Haley Uyrus detailed the slate on October 20, confirming that several of the upcoming console ports will land directly on Xbox Game Pass on day one.
The details
The release calendar starts with developer The Water Museum’s Arctic Eggs, which dropped onto Xbox Series X|S today. The physics-based title places players in a frozen Antarctic settlement where the primary task involves balancing eggs—alongside beer bottles and live ammunition—in a frying pan.
Following the culinary balancing act on October 29 is developer Wrong Organ’s Mouthwashing. The psychological horror game takes place aboard The Tulpar, a stranded space freighter where five crew members deal with dwindling supplies and deteriorating mental states. Critical Reflex reported that Mouthwashing has sold over 800,000 copies on Steam since its 2024 PC release and took home Best Narrative and Players' Choice at the Horror Game Awards. The console edition lands on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, and Game Pass on October 29.
Looking beyond this month, developer Trioskaz’s paranoia-driven title No, I'm Not a Human is scheduled to make its console debut in 2027. The game tasks players with managing a front door during an ongoing apocalypse, interrogating visitors to decide who is safe to let inside. Critical Reflex confirmed that the PC edition has already passed one million copies sold.
The publisher also noted that Militsioner, a surreal title built around navigating a town under the watchful gaze of a giant police officer, is set for an Xbox and Game Pass launch in 2027.
Bringing established PC indie titles to console storefronts—and securing day-one Game Pass placement—allows publishers to extend the commercial life of games that have already built steady audiences online. For Microsoft, filling out the Game Pass catalog with proven PC hits like Mouthwashing provides a steady cadence of notable additions without relying entirely on internal studio schedules.
