Developer Mintrocket will launch its diving and restaurant management game Dave the Diver on iOS and Android devices on September 17, 2026. It is the latest platform hop for a game that has spent the last few years quietly convincing players that running a sushi bar is a perfectly reasonable excuse to dodge a vacation. The studio announced that Dave the Diver is hosting a crossover collaboration event with XD Games' cozy simulation title, Heartopia, from August 8, 2026, to September 7, 2026, ahead of the September mobile release.
According to Mintrocket, the mobile port will launch with all of the game's previously released post-launch DLC available to purchase on day one. Before Dave officially squeezes onto smaller screens, he is also making a quick social call.
The details
For a protagonist who just wanted a quiet retirement, Dave's workday is about to get a whole lot longer—and fit neatly into your pocket during your morning commute.
