Pokémon Pokopia Invites Players to Find a Hidden Zorua for a Shiny New Trophy

Pokémon Pokopia is hosting its next limited-time event, "Hide and Sneak with Zorua," from July 19 to July 27, 2026, the game's team announced. Because nothing says high-stakes pocket-monster training quite like playing a schoolyard game with a creature literally designed to lie to your face.

According to the announcement, players will spend the week tracking down the famously deceptive dark-type Pokémon. Zorua, a monster whose entire biological gimmick is turning into other things to avoid notice, is apparently ready to play along for a price. Those who manage to successfully spot the trickster can expect various in-game prizes, topped off with a brand-new trophy to clutter their digital display cases.

The details

  • Event: Hide and Sneak with Zorua
  • Dates: July 19 to July 27, 2026
  • Objective: Find Zorua in a game of hide-and-seek
  • Major reward: Exclusive in-game trophy

Why it matters

Spin-offs live and die by their ability to keep players logging in, and bite-sized, time-limited events are the standard glue holding these communities together. For Pokopia, a quick week of hide-and-seek keeps the servers active and gives completionists another digital trinket to chase before the next update rolls in.
